I want to expand the team at AFA-AFA. I am looking for talented individuals who are prepared to dedicate their time and effort to making Africa a better continent. This is a startup and at the moment, it is also an NGO (but we have better things coming. So I am looking for volunteers at the moment), so we will be relying on our donations and funds from investors.
Prior to that, we are looking for volunteers! Those who want to help build up AFA-AFA. Our team in the past has involved people from Nigeria, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa, and much more.
So if you are from any African country and you want to improve our continent or your country, I look forward to reading your application!

Representatives of AFA will collaborate with me, Kamdi Okonjo. You will be entrusted and will serve as both ambassadors and direct AFA employees. Representatives will be stationed throughout Africa, Europe, the United States, and Asia; they must have a respectable following on Linkedin or Instagram and have a background in business, business management, entrepreneurship, architecture, media/communication studies, or law. Others from other disciplines may apply, but they must demonstrate in the essay questions how they will apply their studies to the position. This is due to the fact that representatives will be required to attend global events on behalf of AFA and Kamdi Okonjo if she is not present on the specified continent at the time of the events, as well as network with other reputable and esteemed individuals on behalf of the organisation. Only a select few will be accepted into this position, so make sure the application truly stands out.

Members of the Creative Team will collaborate directly with me, the Founder and Director, on all upcoming initiatives. We will serve as the ideation team. Those with graphic design or entrepreneurial experience are welcome to join the creative team. So long as you know how to contribute meaningfully, and love Black Panther/Wakanda.

Our AFA-AFA Ambassadors will represent AFA all over the world. Africans of the Diaspora that are members of AFA will deliver speeches at international institutions on behalf of AFA, essentially informing many people about the organisation and encouraging them to contribute or apply. You will serve as our representatives, so you must uphold our values.

If you are part of the PR aspect of the team, you will be handling what goes out about AFA, and what comes in. You will be directly involved with handling our image, our brand and managing our campaigns. Attach your resume for this position please!

As a photographer and videographer, I understand what it means to have a truly artistic vision. I seek individuals who see the narrative behind the photograph or film they are capturing. I want those who are truly interested in telling Africa's story.

These will be AFA's advertisers on TikTok, Instagram, BeReal, Snapchat, and other social media platforms. They should have a sizable following and will be responsible for managing the accounts.

The Financiers and Accountants manage the entirety of AFA's funds from investors and our donation pool. These funds will be utilised for website maintenance, upcoming AFA-AFA initiatives, and social media marketing.
